For interior designers
Briefwell gathers everything the client has already sent into one project context — structures it, shows what contradicts what, and carries it into concept, purchasing, and budget.

Project priorities
The problem
Scattered
A voice note in one messenger, a reference in another, a link three days later.
Implied
The constraint that decides the project sits somewhere in the middle of a long thread.
Risk
Requirements, decisions, and tasks are collected by hand. Details go missing, and old chats have to be read again and again.
The answer
Upload what the client has already sent. Briefwell transcribes voice notes, reads links and files, describes images, and sorts everything into the project.
You see straight away:
Project database
The brief is clear before the first concept — not after several rounds of revisions.
Brief and project database
Scattered material becomes a structured brief: summary, property, goals, the client, references, deliverables, constraints, and open questions. New inputs? The brief is rebuilt in one click, and the finished document exports to PDF.
Every fact from the inputs is filed across 22 sections: rooms, budget, timeline, lighting, materials, appliances, storage, decisions made, open questions. Contradictions are flagged separately — before they turn into a revision.
After the brief: the priorities and the risks, what is missing from the inputs, the questions worth asking, and three directions for the concept.
The same context carries on — into the concept, documents, purchasing, and the budget. New inputs can be added at any point.
Concept
Pick a direction from the project analysis and turn it into something to show the client: the idea, the atmosphere, the palette, materials, devices, and what is ruled out.

References from the client become the visual direction: Briefwell builds the moodboard and paints an atmosphere image from the palette of the chosen concept.
Brief, concept, moodboards, rooms, and the estimate can be bound into one PDF album to show the client.
Purchasing and budget
Products, categories, rooms, suppliers, contractors, prices, links, documents, and statuses — inside one project.
Upload an invoice or a quote — Briefwell reads the line items and offers to add them to purchasing. Before they land you check the name, quantity, unit, price, supplier, and total.
The planned budget and the actual sums sit side by side, with totals per section and per contractor. Overspend shows up while you can still act on it.
The estimate exports to Excel.
Documents
Keep the client questionnaire, contracts, plans and measurements, production calculations, invoices, notes, contractor documents, and PDF albums in one place — in their own folders, next to the brief rather than on someone's desktop.
Briefwell prepares
Send the client a link to the questionnaire: they fill it in the browser, and the answers land in the project and feed the brief.
Who it is for
Independent designers
Run several projects without switching between chats, spreadsheets, and folders.
Small studios
Brief, decisions, purchasing, and documents live in one place — the project never has to be reassembled from chats.
Designers who procure
Client wishes connected to products, invoices, suppliers, and the budget.
Questions
No. The client can fill in the questionnaire in a browser from your link, and you upload messages, voice notes, photos, and files yourself. Briefwell runs in the browser and installs on a phone as an app.
Yes. Paste the conversation whole or upload a chat export — Briefwell splits it into separate inputs and adds them to the project. On Android you can also send messages and photos straight from the messenger via Share.
Both. It is built for independent designers and small studios who run projects through messengers, spreadsheets, and folders. There is nothing to configure.
Yes. That is why recognised line items are reviewed before they go into purchasing: Briefwell proposes the structure and the numbers, and you confirm them.
Voice notes, photos and screenshots, links, conversations, .eml email, PDF, DOCX, XLSX, and CSV — from a computer, a phone, or Google Drive.
The data belongs to you and your project: we do not sell it and do not train models on it. To transcribe a voice note, describe a photo, and build the brief, material goes to the AI services we use — and only for that. A project can be exported or deleted at any time.
